It's way easy. Just attach your camera or sd card. When you go to posts there is a little video button on the toolbar. Just click on that and browse for your video and it should load it for you if it's not too big of a file. Good luck.

If what Mckenzie said about the viedo posting doesn't work (it didn't for me, but I'm a little techno-deficient) then upload to youtube and post through there.
